We perform full website backups on a nightly basis with 7-day retention, keeping them off-site in one of our other data center locations.
As a member of our Website Essentials program, you benefit from your site being backed up every night at approximately 8pm, with copies being retained for the past 7 days. We perform full site backups, which include both the website files and database.
